Facility Development
The long term goal of the Foundation is to develop a facility which will be promote the development of education and health using football as a mechanism to engage young people.The 2010 World Cup Organising Committee is committed to developing Legacy parks as part of the social legacy. This involves the construction of community football centres around specialised turf fields providing marginalised communities access to quality, FIFA certified turfs whilst at the same time building the centres into meaningful hubs of social development. The Aaron Mokoena Foundation is in discussion with the FIFA World Cup Organising Committee SA
