Aaron's Designer: Christiaan Erasmus
1988 brought the birth of CEE to South Africa. From his birthplace of Johannesburg, South Africa, he embarked on an adventure with not much more than youthful dreams.
Today under its umbrella several collections thrive with distribution throughout the finest boutiques internationally.
CEE brings 21 years of fashion expertise to an industry that requires tradition as well as classic to trendy forward vision. CEE is the future of power dressing.
Today he puts together the whole look including the shoes, belts, cufflinks, underwear, pullovers, scarves and bags. For him the quality is all in the detail.
In 2000 he started to dress and sponsor the football fraternity starting with Kaizer Chiefs, SuperSport FC, Mamelodi Sundowns FC, and the national football team, Bafana Bafana. From 2006 to 2010 he dressed and sponsored the Proteas national Cricket team of South Africa as well as musicians and celebrities. He showed his first-ever Christiaan Erasmus Collection at the Sheraton Park Lane in London, a glittering charity event hosted by Unicef.
He is also the proud official designer of Captain Of Bafana Bafana World Cup 2010 and the Captain of Portsmouth, Aaron Mokoena.
Christiaan specially designed a World Cup 2010 collection to meet all Aaron’s requirements from meeting at 10 Downing Street, the prime minister Gordon Brown with visiting South African President Mr. Jacob Zuma to meeting with Sir Bob Geldof, interviews at CNN, BBC, ITV, Al-Jazeera, etc.
